Meet Matt, the happiest engraver on the planet!  Matt's positivity and motivation are contagious, which is why his coworkers nicknamed him "Motivational Poster".  He's the kind of guy that could make a brick smile.

Around the office he's also known as the king of entertainment, and for good reason.  He's seen everything from the classics to the obscure, and he can talk about them like he wrote the scripts himself.  With hobbies that span from watching movies and TV shows to gaming and sports, Matt is the Swiss Army knife of entertainment.  He's also a music guru with his very own YouTube channel, where he reacts to the hottest tunes with a face that could launch a thousand memes.

But Matt's talents don't stop there.  Speaking of sports, Matt loves them all, even if they occasionally leave him limping.  Sure, Matt may have a bum knee from that time he tried to step someone on the touch football field, but that doesn't stop him from cheering on his favorite teams and spending quality time with his family.

Claim to Fame:  Matt's YouTube channel has become so popular that he's been recognized on the street by fans who want to take selfies with him. He's become something of a local celebrity - some even say he's the unofficial mayor of his hood.

Hero:  Matt's hero is his own alter ego - "Engrave-Man", a superhero with the power to engrave anything at lightning speed.  Matt dreams of one day being able to actually engrave that fast, and has even created a cape out of his old engraving scraps to wear around the workshop.
