Flat Rate CourierPost $9.90 On All Orders

We deliver EVERY SINGLE ORDER via Express Shipping, to anywhere in New Zealand at a low flat rate of $9.90. Backed up by our 5 day production guarantee, we deliver awards to your door within 7 business days.

Need it quicker? Fast Track your trophy order from 5 Day Production down to:

• 4 Day Production – 4 day Fast Track fee of $50 or 25% of your subtotal (whichever is greater)
• 3 Day Production – 3 day Fast Track fee of $70 or 35% of your subtotal (whichever is greater)

  Freight Protection

CourierPost and NZ Post are pretty good, but occasionally accidents happen. For your protection we apply a small insurance fee to each order. This covers any loss or damage that may occur during transportation and is usually less than the cost of a coffee. You can de-select this option at checkout.

Please note, delivery after the estimated date is not covered by freight protection. If your delivery is time sensitive, although it will cost more, we suggest speeding it all up by choosing one of our Fast Track options above (3-day or 4-day Production).

Handling Fee

Every order, regardless of its size, undergoes the same rigorous process to ensure the quality and reliability that we pride ourselves on. While not wanting to exclude customers from making small orders, unfortunately they only become viable if we apply a small handling fee:

• $10.00 for orders under $20
• $6.00 for orders $20-$30
