Handling Fees

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover?
At AwardsandTrophies.com.au, every order is procured, designed, proofed, engraved, assembled and despatched in-house by our talented team. To ensure we can maintain our highest quality standards, a small handling fee is added onto small orders.
This is an additional fee to delivery.

How much are Handling Fees?
FREE for orders over $30
$6.00 for orders $20 - $30
$10.00 for orders under $20
The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.

Why do you charge a Handling Fee?
We treat EVERY SINGLE ORDER we receive with the same level of creativity and care regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a small handling fee on orders under $30 to ensure we can viably deliver the exceptional customer service and product quality we pride ourselves on and are renowned for.
