Katherine in Wonderland
Meet Katherine; her helpful manner and calming voice at the other end of the phone makes her possibly the sanest person in the customer service team. Actually that's not always true.. allegedly she follows rabbits in waistcoats and occassionally falls asleep in trees - when she's not cosplaying. At work her sanity has never been questioned. Katherine has a massive passion for customer service - she has trained herself to sit in her chair for long periods without feeling numbness or fatigue, sustaining herself with bubble tea from uber eats, while simultaneously tapping away on her keyboard and chatting to customers.
When not at work or in Wonderland, Kat practices her lifelong obsession with gymnastics. She was apprehended for GUI (gymnastics under the influence) at a recent staff Xmas party, successfully kicking herself in the face with casual disregard for her own safety. She loves spending time with her young family, and spends the entire year planning her daughter's next party theme and practising cupcake creations.
