By providing content; including but not limited to: image, logo, graphic, text, art, design, photograph, multimedia, software, print, painting, drawing, crest, to Awards and Trophies in any form; be it electronic, verbal or physical, upload, post, input, or submission:
- you agree to grant Awards and Trophies, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral or other necessary rights) to use, copy, display, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, publicly display, transmit, distribute, promote, archive, reformat, translate, and to create derivative works and compilation, in whole or in part, including use of any form of technology in use at the time of submission or subsequently developed,
- you warrant and represent that you have all legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant Awards and Trophies the license specified in part a),
- you agree to indemnify and hold Awards and Trophies harmless from and against any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and any claim or demand brought against Awards and Trophies by any third party arising out of any content submitted, transmitted, or used, including without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses howsoever suffered or incurred by Awards and Trophies in consequence of your breach of these Terms and Conditions,
